We value your trust and strive to offer safe, professional, and timely home diagnostic services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
By booking our services through www.portablexrayinmumbai.com, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
π©» 1. Booking & Payment Terms
All bookings must be confirmed through call, WhatsApp, or website form before service.
Payment can be made through cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online gateways as per availability.
Once an appointment is confirmed, our certified radiographer and equipment are scheduled specifically for your address and time slot.
π 2. Cancellation by the Customer
We understand that plans may change β hereβs how we handle cancellations fairly:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a 100% refund (if payment has been made).
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 20% service charge to cover logistics and technician allocation.
Once the technician reaches your location or the X-Ray/ECG process has started, no refund will be issued.
π 3. Rescheduling Requests
You can reschedule your booking once at no additional charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
If rescheduled within 24 hours, a small service adjustment fee may apply.
MD Portable X-Ray Services reserves the right to accept or decline reschedule requests based on technician availability.
βοΈ 4. Cancellation by MD Portable X-Ray Services
In rare cases where we are unable to provide service due to technical failure, equipment malfunction, or unforeseen medical emergencies, you will be offered one of the following:
Full refund of the amount paid, OR
Free rescheduling at your convenience (no extra charge).
We will always communicate cancellations promptly via phone or WhatsApp.
π° 5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 5β10 working days.
You will receive a confirmation message once your refund is processed.
Any applicable service charge (if deducted) will be mentioned clearly in the communication.
π« 6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
When the technician has already arrived and the patient refuses or postpones the test on-site.
When the X-Ray, ECG, or sample collection has been completed.
If incorrect details (address, contact number, patient name, etc.) are provided by the customer.
If the doctorβs prescription is missing or invalid, causing unavoidable cancellation.
π‘ 7. Special Circumstances
We consider genuine medical or emergency cases with flexibility.
In exceptional situations (like hospitalization, sudden medical emergency, or bereavement), partial or full refund may be granted at the companyβs discretion.
